Situated in Northcote this new development required a brand identity that encapsulated the area in which it lived. This artistic and fun take on property helped bring to life the essence of the project and was a helping hand in the fast sale of a majority of the apartments and townhouses.
This enormous brand rollout mainly consisted of a new logo, bespoke brochures, promotional pieces, press advertising, signage, display suite and website.
